Improves Physical Fitness and Mental Alertness
Sports are an essential part of a student’s overall development. Regular participation in games and physical activities helps improve fitness, concentration, confidence and emotional well-being. It also teaches students the value of discipline, perseverance and healthy competition.
Through sports, students learn to work as a team, respect rules, handle both success and failure, and develop leadership qualities. These experiences help them become more active, responsible and confident individuals both on and off the field.
